Warranty Policy



At Kadiver, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. We offer a lifetime warranty for some of the tools we sell, while others are backed by a one-year limited warranty. This warranty policy describes the terms and conditions of our warranty.

1. LIFETIME WARRANTY

Some of the tools we sell are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and faulty materials. This lifetime warranty applies only to tools that have been used in accordance with their intended purpose and that have been purchased directly from Kadiver or one of our authorized dealers.

If a tool is found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Shipping costs to return the defective tool to Kadiver will be the responsibility of the customer. Replaced tools will be covered by the Lifetime Warranty for the remainder of the life of the tool.

Sockets, impact sockets, socket adapters and extensions, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers (excluding retaining ring pliers) and hammers are products classified with a lifetime warranty, except for ratchet wrenches, which come with a two-year warranty.

2. ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Some of the tools we sell are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and defective materials. This one year limited warranty applies only to tools which have been used in accordance with their intended purpose and which have been purchased directly from Kadiver or one of our authorized dealers.

If a tool is found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials during the one year warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Shipping costs to return the defective tool to Kadiver will be the responsibility of the customer.

All other products that are not mentioned in the lifetime warranty category are covered by a limited one-year warranty.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, modification or unauthorized repair of our products. Our warranty also does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

4. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you have a defective tool that is covered by our warranty, please contact us at the following email address: kadivercanada@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective tool for inspection and repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty policy.

5. CHANGES TO THE WARRANTY POLICY

We may change this warranty policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.

By using our products, you accept this warranty policy and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kadiver shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute arising from this warranty policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec.
